anybody can help me ?

I means that I need change the interface not the skin

I do not know about the develop tools and the enter_function

is it in vlc-0.8.6/src/interface/?

I don't find this , anybody can give me some suggestion?

I would suggest looking at 0.9.0 first, as wxWidgets is being replaced by QT4.
