are some language preferences even possible?

I have several DVDs that were filmed in one language, but may have other audio languages included as options in the menu. These DVDs also have subtitle options.

What I am trying to do is have the DVD play in the original audio language, but have subtitles display only if that language is _not_ one of languages listed in my subtitle preference. So, if the DVD is playing in language A, B or C, and my subtitle preferences are for languages A, B or C, then no subtitle would display. If, however, the DVD was in language D, then subtitle language A would display.

Can this be done?
