Schedule a recording

Hi all, i don't know if you have already discuss this topic, but i didn't find any answer. I'd like to record a streaming audio program from a radio that broadcast thru rtsp during the night while i am sleeping, and listen it during the day. Is there a way to schedule a recording for this audio streaming?

Easiest way is to use Windows scheduling service and a preprepared shortcut.

Thank you; i know how to run a scheduled task, but in this case i don't know how to stop the recording
