I'm using VLC to play audio files, and I would like to know the right value for the audio output, ie the value that doesn't amplifie or atenuate the volume of the audio file

Thanks
(sorry about my english, I'm french

In fact when I add a folder in my playlist, it is sorted like the explorer tree (ie if I add the folder "my music" then in the playlist I have a separation like this : "My music/artist/album/file.mp3")The pop up you see to save or load comes from Windows not VLC. I have never noticed a difference here. That is if I understand your question???
or perhaps it is the way I have my system set up.
