Hi Team,
We are trying to run the Video with vp9 codec using VLC 4.x Arm64 windows.
When we try to seek forward/backward using mouse Mutiple times, we can see that Video is getting stuck.
we can control the VLC app, but video show no activity.
Wanted some input on the issue /fix ?

Please post the whole full messages log. Open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, keep the messages window open during the whole process and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com or on Justpaste.it if it's too long.

Well, your video is HEVC and not VP9. So I guess you are having the same problem with both formats.
