Hello. The RTSP stream plays jerkily and then freezes. There are no problems with playback on third-party software - ffplay. I would like to view the stream from the IP camera in the VLC.

In the combobox I changed to D3D11 Video AccelerationTools -> Preferences -> Video
Output = Direct3D11
Tools -> Preferences -> Input/Codecs
Hardware accelerated decoding = D3D11 Video Acceleration
Enabled full dynamic range (0 - 255) in the video card settings.Check also this:
