I can't reproduce it with the Nvidia graphics cards I have and using Direct3D11, which I believe is the default setting on Windows.

Pretty much exactly the kind of issues I see myself. Thanks for confirming.When you click on play, the control bar usually disappears (it should remain since the mouse is over it), and the video remains paused. When clicking pause (video already playing) control bar usually disappears and video continues to play.
Does not happen every time but most of the time.
