Can't register at code.videolan.org

Hello,

When trying to register to the VideoLAN code repository at https://code.videolan.org/users/sign_up, I'm getting the following message : "An error occurred while validating username".
And when opening DevTools, it turns out that the /users/<username>/exists endpoint returns : "You must be authenticated to access this path".

How ironic.

How I can login to code.videolan.org to make Issue? I already have gitlab.com account but when login "Signing in using your GitLab.com account without a pre-existing GitLab account is not allowed."

I registered but I see this warning: Your account is pending approval from your GitLab administrator and hence blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error.

How is the administrator? How can I reach him?
