Vlc won't play youtube video

Vlc won't play youtube video as above third pic down. The name of the video flashes quickly on the top left of VLC

I want to download just the audio from a video. I can download the video with another program and extract audio with VLC but it is quicker to play /download with VLC

I have version 3.0.18 Vetinari latest version it says

Yes, there are nightly builds every day, but that doesn't mean the Youtube LUA script is updated every day.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oqCRz7CUkQ fixed it. I didn't delete the .luac file, I changed the name of it
