Cannot hear audio in mp4 (AAC) DL from Twitter

WORKAROUND: Convert mp4 to mkv and VLC plays audio fine! That's messed up...

Cannot hear audio in mp4 (AAC) DL from Twitter(TW). Multitude of anything else works fine in VLC. Audio from TW used to work up until last week.

Using either ByClick app or TWSaver web to DL mp4 from TW. Audio plays fine in Win Media Player or in Foobar2000.

Updated to VLC latest and tried disable hardware acceleration.
