Command line use record button

Postby vlc_cli_newbie » 06 Nov 2022 14:53

Hello,
i just tried to get a bit deeper in VLC and the CLI.
I tried to start a video and want to press the record button automatically by the batch script. Does this work? Or is it not possible to get access to the hotkey functionalities via batch script?

I treid that, which did not work:
"C:/Program Files/VLC/vlc.exe" dvd:///F:/#3 --audio-track=1 --play-and-stop --key-record=1 --input-record-path="D:/VIDEOS"

Any ideas?

Thanks.
