Backup audio to Icloud

Hello,

In looking thru the settings for VLC for IOS, it appears there is an option to backup all audio with IOS. However, at least to date, I have not seen a change in my Icloud Backup Storage as a result of using this option.

The reason I am looking to do this is so that the next time I get another Iphone, I don't have to re-upload my music from my PC, which is time-consuming.

Does anyone know or understand anything about this?

Please advise.
