7z download Headers Error

Why SevenZIP can not open VLC.7z ?
Cannot open the file as [7z] archive
Errors: Headers error
Win 10 Pro
ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics - 8.650.0.0 13/08/2009

No problem for me to open this file.
Looks like your download got corrupted.

I download from ftp.
I not have problem with .zip.
.7z like complete.

Download the MD5 et SHA1 checksums from the same folder:
http://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vl ... n64.7z.md5
http://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vl ... 64.7z.sha1

Then check if the vlc-3.0.17.4-win64.7z file you have downloaded matches with these checksums. If it doesn't match then your download is corrupted.
My download does match and it does open properly.

I checked it with same browser.
If I download with http protocol work fine.
If I download with ftp protocol it is wrong.

It's working fine for me when using either the HTTP or FTP protocol, I can't reproduce your problem.
