functionnality to save output configuration

Hello,
I don't know if it's on going but it would be good to be able to save the Output configuration (in fact the command line) and so be able te reload it the next time you use VLC.
A kind of button "Save output configuration" to save it in a file for example.

That doesn't exist in VLC yet if you're using the playlist part. But you have a "save" function when using VLC, which is quite nice when you want to stream several files (although a bit more complicated).

I'll see if we can add that easily.
