If i open VLC, the size is bigger than my Screen. How can i save an smaller format?
Normally, the open-size is the the same as i finish a program.

In vlc hit Ctrl + P to open prefs and then remove the checkmark from "Resize interface to video size". Save, exit and restart vlc.
