Vlc with a distant camera via RTSP

Hello,

VLC 3.0.10 on a Windows 10 computer with all default settings (but VLC for Android has the same behavior)

I have an IP camera at home delivering 2 kinds (HD / SD) of video flow accessibles via rtsp.

HD: rtsp://Username:Password@CameraIP:554/1
SD: rtsp://Username:Password@CameraIP:554/2

-From home (local network) both flows works well in VLC.
-From a remote place only SD flow works, HD one gives only a black screen + sound.

I tried several other IP capable video players and both flows are working well with it.

Do you have any idea what can cause that problem and if there is a workaround?
