Problems Viewing Multiple RTSP Streams

I am having a few problems with viewing one of my two RSTP streams on VLC for Mac OS X (VLC Version 3.0.10).

Both streams are connected to separate TP-LINK smart home security cameras, and one of the streams opens fine and I have had no problems with it.
The new, second stream which I have only set up today, opens fine with the details, but then asks for username and password.

I enter my username/password and press OK, then nothing happens, the dialogue box closes, then it asks me for the same credentials again.
I have also tried this on my Windows device, does the same thing.

If anyone could help, that would be brilliant.
