Direct3d11 - Not Opening

As much as many users want to get rid of the Direct3d11, in my case it is very important for me to invoke it every time i use it. I already change my preference to direct3dD11 in my video setting output and save it. for no reason at all, direct3d11 wont play, instead it plays on a regular vlc player. What am i missing here to properly invoke it every time i use my vlc.

Does anybody knows about direct3d11. - In Conncetion with this Direct3d11, also, once i played the next file on queued, the screen revert to screen no. 1 while some files on queued when played stayed to screen No. 2.

My Question are :
1) How can i automatically invoke the direct3d11 after changing my preference to direct3d11 in my video setting and saved it.
2) How can i keep all my queued files to screen No. 2.
