I run Mint 19.1 on my laptop and i hooked up the Samsung LED TV, it worked in one time that is not the problem. When i open VLC and start the movie i can see it just fine on the laptop, the buttons on the player are sharp and everything is ok.
When i drag the VLC player to the LED TV the buttons on the VLC player interface become huge like i entered a poor vision modus ( excuse my english i am dutch) the movie itself is still ok. When i drag a internet browser to the TV it is al good.
I have been searching for hours on the net ... and i failed to find a solution. I do suspect that i myself have made a keyboard combination by accident to cause this.
And because i can still watch the movie there is no real emergency but after 3 days i do admitt i am getting annoyed by it.
does anyone has any clue how ik can fix the humanoid error.
i tried the zoom-level in Video preferences but that is not the solution.
I must admitt that i am not really handy with VLC i use is for ages but i never got into the program, lets say my expert level is poor.
but i do love the program and i will never use the mediaplayer or windows.
