Using version 3.0.6, I have managed to rotate my video so that it is now playing correctly in VLC. However I have no option to save and neither do I have tools. How do I save my video back on to my Macbook Pro?

I found how to rotate my video but how the hell do I save it? It seems easy on windows. Why is it so complicated (or so different) on MacOS??
