VLC is unable to open the MRL

I'm having an issue playing certain dvds/blus I own.

They simply refuse to play and I get this error. Windows is recognizing the discs so I don't understand whats happening.

I'm using Win 7 and VLC 3.0.4

Are you sure those dvds are for the right region? Sometimes that's the problem.

VLC doesn't seem to care about region, but yes they are region A. Its various DVDs/Blus that seem to have nothing in common

Hopefully this has enough info. Part of the issue is that the error repeats itself over and over and over, nonstop, within seconds. So this debug file was over 2mb and this is just the first bit of it. If you need more let me know.

Nevermind, I followed the guide in the "Blu-Ray Support" thread. That did not work either. This happens with DVDs OR Blus.
