Making a transmission to a webpage

I have a problem to perform a transmission (Stream), I would like to do a transfer on a page of a Web Site, but I am only getting it in OGG format (The same does not suit me, because it does not work on all devices) how do I generate a .ts, mp4 or m3u8 link.
