I mean PlayBack should be Live on the fly, best on GPU, but I understand first version by CPU.
Linux/android devices without additional storage for decryption.

And There should be possibility to manually enter decryption key by Gui or read it from small file, which could be sent through SMS, emailed via low band GPRS.

What is more VLC should be able to read odd/even bits from separate files which could be sent by different connections, email accounts.
And Doing it With Decryption By Different CodeKeys in Live Time on the Fly mode.

What is more, software should be created for encryption/decryption of images, text, html TaxFree Links. And Browser Plugin to use separate Decryption Key File for Separate aggregated News Feed. And you would need not only to be granted permission to read the feed Subscription, but get the Decryption KeyCode file from Feed's author by separate SMS, email via separate/independent physical or social network. Or handed on usb/paper. And reFeeding content could be done only in author new encryption. Therefore SearchEngine and KeyLoggers could not index it, Trace It and censor it. {But advertisement could be inprint in image.} What is more Feed could have double encryption, one for whole the Feed, and another for each individual users. This Would Free Author of Site from lawless EU Responsibility before corrupt EU laws of Enforcing censorship and save our Memes making feed completely private. After some traitor would hand the authorities the decryption KeyCodes, previous post from Feed should be deleted, and reUploaded with newer KeyCodes, Which Could be reSent to AnyOne But Traitor. Therefore Feed News Readers should have some abilities, to recognize read post, not just basing on URL, and Title but on Duplicates.

By the way this VideoBible facilitates learing another lanaguages, as it is multilinugal, and sometimes with Dictionary/Transliteration Data.
I am working on Chinese, Hebrew, Japanese, Hindi, arabic Video Bible.
Does any of you could help with processing power, because according to my estimates, 8k rendering Chinese Video Bible with PinYin Dictionary data, and additional translation embedded in each frames and additional subtitles with additional translation can take about 3,5 years equpment alone. And there is Hebrew, Japanese, Hindi and the arabic Versions to go.
I know 8k video is as useful, as Tesla car in space.
But 4k codec would make somehow probably to make FHD version possible to fit data into single Layer BluRay per Bible Translation.

There is already such format already in VLC, but I do now know about it??????????????????
I suppose on crowd funding one can collect a lot of funds for such encryption software.
I have heard something about blockchain, but I do not suppose it work as flawlessly as I would wish so.


I think this idea is good and not hard to make at least in its basic simple not advance form,
But I understand it demands faster GPUs, CPUs, faster memory capacities, and additional organisational effort for managing Decoding KeyCode files.

Is there any software I can take mp4 and turn it into
ts stream with encryption KeyCode for example:

or something similar?

and then publish file publicly?

And send the KeyCode to users privately?

I need to test it.



But I think still simple Idea to divide file into 2 files with odd/even bits and transport it trough different connection would be better than encryption.
It would be good if VLC could read such file without additional software to reMarge odd/even bits into single file.

That is Feature Request.
Let's make it happen.


I mean it for offline use. With very cautious scarce Network usage.
For example:
Transporting via two eMail accounts. (4 speaking exactly= 2 for sending 2 for receiving = and that could be 4 ip).

And decryption on the fly in the Player.
By Live I do not mean through Live Network.
Just direct on the fly from file.

It does not mean to be very strong encryption, just enough to omit automatic KeyLoggers, Search Engines and Censorship.
It would be cool if VLC could decode such using GPU, but I do understand that first version would be using CPU.
