I noticed a long 6 seconds start time of VLC 3.0.1 and 3.02 on Windows 10 x64. I know I have not a fast PC (i3 3217U), but the 2.x version was very fast to start (about 2s). I suppose the recent Update of the OS to 1803 did not help. Every big update, the PC became a bit slower, this long start time seems affects only VLC, anyway.
Any advice?
