VLC 3.0.0 (64-bit) - Error when closing & last.fm bug

I have two problems with newest VLC 3.0.1 (vlc-3.0.1-win64):

a) When I close VLC Media Player, I get nearly always this error, especially when listening to FLAC-music (I start VLC via context menu)


b) The music I listen to is not scrobbled, with v2.2.8 all was fine. I noticed that now there are two option dialogs in VLC, one in "easy mode" and one in "expert mode". I tried enabling both, nothing helps:

In v3.0.3 the two bugs have disappeared - thank you!
