Since the newest update whenever I want to watch a DVD the quality is very pixilated and subtitled are unreadable. Watching videos downloaded play fine. Anyone else having this issue and if so, anyone know a fix?

Intel i5 6600 @ 3.5 GHz
32 GB DDR3
Nvidia GTX 970

Do you mean 2.2.8 ? Or 3.0 ?

If you mean 2.2.x, then please try with a 3.0 RC http://download.videolan.org/testing/vlc-3.0.0-rc8/

If you mean 3.0, please provide your verbose logs and preferably a screenshot of the issue

I've got 2.2.6 Umbrella, and it says I have the latest version.



As you can see, the lines aren't crisp, they are all pixilated.
