Thank you for tips.If you want to record/output only the current program, and not all of the transponder streams, then you need to use either the "--no-input-record-native" parameter or go to Tools -> Preferences (Show seetings = All) -> Input/Codecs then on the right panel scroll down to Advanced -> Prefer native stream recording and untick this option, then save, exit and restart VLC.
Yes. That's normal for now.ADDED: But... file single-channel loses the textext option!??! haaa?!!! :O - PLEASE the next version of VLC will record any file single-channel for avoid TXT missed. I use currently VLC v2.2.6.

Linux OS only!?! I haven't this OS but yes Windows 10 x64 only.AFAIK, budget mode is Linux-specific.
