Just noticed that there is a loss of resolution on HD PVR .m2ts display.
On a 27" monitor, with the initial VLC windowed window
there is a vertical 1.5" black bar down both sides (i.e. 3" total) of the VLC window.
This was not the case on the old VLC version 2.2.6 .

Double-clicking in the window does go to a fullscreen which has no black bars
down the sides.
The old VLC version Media/Codec information describes the HD PVR Stream 0
as Resolution: 1920x1090, and Display Resolution: 1920x1080 ,
Original ID: 4113 .

After checking, these black bands also occur on Windows Media Center .wtv
ATSC files.

What a mess, this thread. It should have been in the bug tracking system. But whatever I'll stay out of this.

Upload large sample to https://streams.videolan.org/upload/.

Posted a shortened .wtv file exemplar twice.
The one which states /Intel HD Graphics 3000/i5-2520M/ is the correct
documentation text.
