VLC CSA scrambling and external software (de)scrambling

Good night.

I am transmitting a stream using VLC CSA, however I am only using VLC as a server, it will not be client. I copied from the VLC source code in an attempt to (by) scrambling the stream but without success. Follow my code.

Obs: Please, check CAS_ResetStream and CAS_Decrypt.
