Quit control
Seems I used to have the usual "X" button, or icon, or whatever you call it at the upper right of the screen in VLC, but it is no longer there and I have to right click and select "quit" from the menu to exit VLC. I don't know what, if anything, I did to delete it. Is there any simple way to get it back?

I figured it out - from"View" select "Full screen interface".
