Last version available for Windows10 PC (WinRT)?

I have VLC 1.7.0 installed in my PC but I think 1.8.5 is the last version.

What version is the latest one publised in the Windows Store por a Windows 10 PC?
Do I have the correct version ?

I only have 1.7.0 to so am guess 1.8.5 only a beta so far and not stability engouts for roll out.

But i still also missing x64 bit support one the app, this app only run x86 one my Windows PC, with make the real software alot bettre.

And is missing also other fauthers
playlist
etc etc

would also like to see the app search for subtitel frome opensubtitel.com

One function am relly missing big time frome VLC programs in the VLC for Windows Store is relly the Playlist function.

And i have see sometimes this apps shutdown of it self for no resone.

I read somewhere in the internet that after the release of updated windows 10 UWP app, a cumulative bugfix update for winRT version would have been released. Actually the winRT version is stuck at 1.7 . Is this a wrong information ? Will This kind of update ever arrive ?
