Parameters need to play and record, video and sound

Which parameters are required to pass to the VLC for it turn on record and play?
For exemple:

vlc.exe -vvv http://192.168.0.101:8088/video
vlc.exe -vvv http://192.168.0.101:8088/audio.wav

The easiest way should be to use the wizard in VLC. Then you are able to set all settings which you want. In the last window, you will see the resulting command line.
