Sorry for my very bad english.
When I play local h264/mp4a format video file in VLC player for windows, seeking works well.
The problem is seeking does not work when streaming in VLC player for windows and chrome web plugin.
My VLC version is 2.2.1 and Windows 7
I tested this file.
