Hi,

how can I run vlc with messages window from command line?

(Windows 7, 64 bit)

On Mac/Linux, just start "vlc -vv" from the CLI. I'm not sure it's possible on Windows because of how the Windows console works.

To be sure, you want to have the log in the terminal, or open from the command line both the main window and the message box ?
