Repeating... errors

This could have been a "feature request" but is also in response to an "issue" (from my point of view).

Scenario:
- repeat mode is on;
- you open an unsuspectingly-corrupted file;
- the Errors window pops up: error, error, error, ... (endlessly)

If there is no specific handling option for this specific scenario, please consider add one, like:
"Upon error": 1) keep the resource in the playlist and disengage repeat mode, 2) remove the resource from the playlist.
