VLC cannot play Panasonic P2 MXF files

VLC cannot play Panasonic P2 MXF files

*** Procedure ***
Using a Panasonic AJ-PX270 camcorder, I recorded a clip using AVC-G25/60i.
It created a Panasonic P2 "Content" folder with the following format:
AVC-G25/60i using Line & Frequency: 1080-59.94i
Here is the MXF file buried inside the "Content" folder.

The MXF file does not run in VLC. Why?

The same problem occurs for recordings formatted as AVC-G25/60p.

*** Software & Hardware ***
VLC media player (2.1.5 Rincewind)
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit SP1
Panasonic AJ-PX270 P2 HD Camcorder (Firmware: 11.31)
Patriot SDXC 64 GB, Class 10, UHS-1, PEF64GSXC10233-PC

I installed the Panasonic P2 drivers.
P2 Driver Software Windows (64-bit)
win64_p2driver_v223.zip

I used the Mediainfo to check your soruce video and it dose have an video stream and 4 audio stream . But I have no idea why this can't be played?
