Recording Youtube troubleshooting

Postby dugommier » 24 Jan 2014 08:09

I have the last VLC version at this date (2.1.2).

I already recorded Youtube video's one year ago without problem, with an older version (I don't remember)
Today, when I try to record a Youtube clip, in a non-existing file, nothing run.
If I set view --> Add Interface --> Console to see what happens, VLC tell me that my output file already exists and ask me if I want to erase it.
If I agree, the recording goes on without problem.

I try to record with Windows XP, Windows 8 and it's the same problem.

Thank You for your help or explainations.

Youtube changed their format, this is probably the reason...
