From some reason VLC 2.0.9 crash when playing RTSP/H264 video stream with enabled HW decoding on Intel 4000 GPU and Ubuntu 13.04.
Playing RTSP/H264 stream using software decoding and playing local MP4/H264 videos with HW decoding is OK without any error.
