VLC 2.1.1 not playing flac files correctly

Hello.
Since I upgraded to VLC 2.1.1 Rincewind I have trouble playing flac files.
It does play them, but it jumps around and misses bits here and there.

The files are fine. Just a few days ago I had 2.1.0 and there was no problem, and I've been playing them on Audacity with no issues.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any thoughts on how to solve it?

Same here - bit of a pain, and had quite some trouble getting it to connect with the ipad remote app. Hope it gets sorted soon, most of my music is in flac

Same problem here - I had some problems as well in 2 of 3 versions back, so I downgrades my version and I updated when 2.1.1. was available in the hope problems were solved. The problem I encounter is staccato songs (so music - no music - music - no music, for example 3 times a second), that's not the way it supposed to be.

My configuration: I play my files from my NAS. Didn't have any problem in the past. Im going to downgrade to some versions lower again.
