Could not load vlc web plugin

Hi,
In VLC log we are getting following error while using VLC Web Plugin in the browser .
It plays for certain time the 5 videos in loop and then suddenly there comes a message bar at the top of the browser "could not load vlc web plugin".

Though it does not stop the video being played however the error message bar does not go automatically unless we refresh the page with F5(refresh).

In the logs we can see following entries related to web plugin,

Just to give you some more details,this happens on latest VLC (2.0.8 ) and on Ubuntu 12.04.

It would seem a broken install, to be honest.

Can you please suggest steps to determine whether installation is broken or not and how to correct the same installation?
