I have been trying for weeks to get my vlm file and cmd line to work properly.
I've gotten close, my background image appears but the streams open ups in different windows.
If anyone has any code for their files, please post them because I think i've exhausted way too many hours into this lately
I'm using rtsp streams that are h264 codec
