Problem with dual monitor set up

I'm having troubles using the wall filter. Anyone know how to remove those black bars and the taskbar? Or is there a better filter/way to use dual monitors?

Try to move taskbar at the bottom of screen.
And also try to go full screen.

I am having the same issue it will only display the video small like this. What we both want to do is play a movie and for it to extend to both monitors. Any help appreciated.
