Download for iPad 4

I have gone to the download page for iOS but can't find a download link so would appreciate if someone could post the link for an iPad.

I checked the App Store and didn't find the VLC Media Player.

That is the forum I started at and where I posted this thread. Is there a specific post I am supposed to read, as I couldn't"t find anything specific addressing the download for iPad.

Yes I did but could not find it there.

There is no way for you to download VLC for iOS at this point, unless you have a Developer Membership at Apple and compile the code yourself.
