More help with MONO?

Postby Deaf bastard » 13 Apr 2013 20:12

I have just seen this possible solution to achieving mono elsewhere....

"vlc --directx-audio-speaker=Mono"

I assume that this would be typed from the RUN command in the Windows menu?

If not, how do I go about doing it?

If so, please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong as I am getting the following error...

"Windows cannot find 'vlc'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click search"

You can set that in preferences.

TOOLS -> PREFERENCES->AUDIO

I have set 'Output module' to 'Direct X'

I cannot find "audio-speaker=MONO" anywhere.

Where can I find this?

Is a bad idea open a new thread for the same question...
