[feature request] to apply both rotate & flip to video

I'd like to make this suggestion please (I use vlc 2.0):
in Tools>Effects & Filters>Video Effects>Geometry tab:

to move the "Flip horizontally" & "Flip vertically" dropdown options
into a separate dropdown list
in order to be able to apply horizontal/vertical flip and rotate
to a viewed video at the same time.

It is a filter limitation, not a GUI limitation
