make the form title link to forum.videolan.org

Like the subject says; if I want to get to the main forum listing, it's a pain. Why not take the text "VideoLAN Forum" and/or the text below it "The VideoLAN Forum" and turn it into a _self hyperlink that points to forum.videolan.org?

You can already click on the cone or the "VideoLAN Forum Forum Index" link (hum ... Forum Forum .... that's weird)
