720p issue

Hi

I experience a wierd issue with a video in 720p *.mkv format.

Sometimes when the scene changes, the image seems to have "stuck". And few seconds later it unstucks and it looks good again.

Let me rephrase. First you see a persons face and it has a weird texture, and few seconds later, the texture becomes normal.

Is there something I can change in options to fix it?

In stead of:
Preferences -> ALL -> Input / Codecs -> Video codecs -> FFmpeg

I found the option in:
Preferences -> ALL -> Input / Codecs -> Other codecs -> FFmpeg

I guess it's the newer VLC version
