i have here 3 mpg files that don't play with vlc
i reported (some) of them 18 month ago !
but they are still unplayable with vlc and with latest nightly build
crawford.mpg : will show only black screen no video no audio
logo.mpg : will start but then playback stops
vicki-tyla1.mpg : same as logo.mpg
i know the vlc team said they are damaged (i am not sure...), mpc hc, wmp and mplayer can play all 3 files without problems
may be the vlc team can take a look at them again
when mplayer can play them vlc should be able too because i thought they share same ffmpeg codec lib.
would be nice if the mpg decoder will be updated after all these month
