getting current frame number

Postby oberoi » 12 Oct 2010 13:56

Hi

I am trying to play a video file through html using vlc plugin. Is there any method of obtaining the current frame number of the video being played through javascript ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there any API available for the vlc which can fetch the frame number of the playing video?

Thanks

If you know the framerate of the video, you can get a pretty good guestimate.
