I download 1.1.1 update, but it is still 1.1.0?

You're right. The download link yields v1.1.0. But from the news announcement on July 21:
EDIT: The 1.1.1 download is available now.
No ETA on when "later" will be.Source code and binaries for Windows are available, other operating systems will come later.
